Recent London Snaps

Saw all these people on jump stilts performing at Piccadilly Circus recently... they were quite impressive (somersaults and all...!) Kitty and I stood there and watched for ages :)

My favourite store in London... the Paperchase flagship store on Tottenham Court Rd. This place is a stationary lover/ pattern designer's dream. Well, even if you're not a pattern designer (like me) you can still admire and appreciate... I can easily spend hours in there :P

Was at karaoke yesterday... and had clearly gotten myself into a singing mood because I can't stop singing today :P

Sang Leehom's "Kiss Goodbye" (with Kitty and Chi) Pretty old song but I love it so much (love the piano performance in the MV too!)



Really wanted to sing Jay and Lara's "珊瑚海" (Coral Sea), but they didn't have the MTV! :(



Then Yik and I sang "刻不容緩", and half way through Yik realised he couldn't sing Hacken's key at all and I ended up singing both parts!!! It was so weird transitioning between male and female vocal range every other sentence...



Finally this wasn't something we sang at karaoke, but is a new song I really like... Avril Lavigne's "When You're Gone". Embedding not available so here's the link! The MV is so sad...
